The Work

Every engagement is designed around a specific person at a specific moment in their work. Three modes of engagement are described below.

  • Private, High-Impact Sessions

    For leaders and executives navigating significant decisions, identity transitions, or leadership patterns they want to change.

    Sessions work at the level of the nervous system as much as the strategic, because both are present in every room a leader enters. The immediate challenges and the deeper patterns shaping them are addressed together.

    Over time this builds clearer thinking under pressure, more deliberate decision making, and a steadier presence with teams.

    Typically biweekly sessions. Duration varies by client and objective.

  • Deep-Dive Strategy + Presence Reset

    For leaders who need to find their footing quickly. After a transition, before a pivotal decision, or when the accumulated weight of a difficult period calls for a deliberate reset.

    The work addresses clarity on priorities, the gap between where you are and where the role requires you to be, and the internal noise that makes the path forward harder to see.

    Clients leave with a renewed orientation to their work, a concrete path forward, and a clearer sense of what they are bringing to the role and what they are ready to change.

    A half-day or full-day session, with focused preparation beforehand and a short follow-up afterward to hold the momentum.

  • Strategic Investment and Counsel

    For the leader who already holds the role well and wants a trusted person to think with as decisions arrive. Hourly sessions as well as on-call counsel, available when the stakes are high, for someone who wants guidance they trust within reach.

    An advisory partnership is built on continuity and trust. We meet twice a month. Between those conversations, when something genuinely pressing arises, a decision that will not keep, you can reach me, and when the stakes are high I will make myself available the same day. This is counsel for the consequential moments.
